1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Standard Book Orders: All orders placed on our online bookstore are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 business hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Author Copies & Bulk Print Runs: For author custom print batches or bulk publishing packages, production and quality dispatch are completed within 5 to 7 working days.
- Digital Products (eBooks): Access to eBook digital editions is instantaneous upon successful payment. You can read them directly via your customer portal and eBook Reader.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: All prepaid book orders totaling ₹499 or more qualify for 100% Free Standard Shipping pan-India.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied during checkout to cover safe packaging and express transit.
- Transparency: All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly on the Checkout page prior to payment. There are no hidden fees.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery Notifications
As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing:
- Name of the assigned courier partner (e.g. BlueDart, Shiprocket, India Post).
- Unique Tracking Number / Air Waybill (AWB).
- Direct live tracking link to trace your shipment in real-time.
You can also log in to your Customer Dashboard at any time to monitor your live order status.
5. Packaging & Damaged Delivery Policy
Every book is shrink-wrapped with waterproof bubble lining and packed in rigid, edge-protected cartons to safeguard against bending or moisture during transit.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with:
- Please do not accept the package if it is clearly torn open, or make a note with the delivery agent.
- Capture clear photographs or unboxing video of the damaged book and packaging.
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at pustakink@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99380 89905.
- We will immediately dispatch a free replacement copy without any additional charges, as outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
