Refund Policy

1. Physical Books

We take great pride in the quality of the books we publish at PustakInk. If you receive a physical book that is damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Reporting Period: Damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Evidence: You must provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.
  • Resolution: We will ship a replacement copy within 5-7 working days after verification.

2. Digital Products (E-books)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-books are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for e-books once the download link has been accessed or the book has been added to your digital library.

3. Publishing Services

Refunds for publishing plans are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: If requested within 24 hours of payment and before any work (formatting, cover design, etc.) has started.
  • Partial Refund: If work has commenced, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting costs for completed tasks and administrative fees.
  • No Refund: Once the book has been submitted to distribution channels or marketplaces.

4. Process for Refund

To request a refund, please email pustakink@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for "change of mind" or for errors in the manuscript that were present in the author's final approved version.
