PustakInk is a self-publishing platform operated by PustakInk Publishing, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

2. Author Services

Authors utilize PustakInk to publish, distribute, and sell their books. By submitting a manuscript, you warrant that:

• You are the sole owner of the copyright or have explicit permission from the copyright holder.
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or harmful.

3. Intellectual Property

Authors retain full copyright ownership of their works. By using our service, you grant PustakInk a non-exclusive, worldwide license to print, distribute, and sell your book as per your chosen publishing plan.

The design, layout, and software of the PustakInk platform are the exclusive property of PustakInk Publishing.

4. Royalties and Payments

Royalties are calculated based on the net sales price after deducting printing costs and marketplace commissions. Payouts are made according to the schedule specified in your author dashboard.

Authors are responsible for any taxes applicable to their royalty earnings.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

6. Limitation of Liability

PustakInk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the publishing of any content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
